Ravenswood Community Orchestra - Concertino Performance
I'm excited to perform award-winning Chicago-based composer Lita Grier's Renascence concertino with the Ravenswood Community Orchestra at Chicago's DANK Haus on Saturday, May 20 at 7:30pm. Other works on this all-American program will include Samuel Barber's Knoxville, Summer of 1915, Aaron Copland's Rodeo, and a premiere of Kelsey Green's Meditation by Tangleweed.

I am looking forward to collaborating with pianist Dr. Sujung Cho on my first Lamar University faculty recital on Tuesday, January 31 at 7:30pm in Rothwell Recital Hall.
Works will include Eric Ewazen's Sonata No. 1, Vivian Fine's Emily's Images, Philippe Gaubert's Nocturne et Allegro Scherzando, Yuko Uebayashi's Le Vent a Travers Les Ruines, and Charles-Marie Widor's Suite, op. 34.

Chamber Music at the R. C. Miller Memorial Library
Please join me, harpist Dr. Charlotte Mizener, flutist Jennifer Shannon, and the Lamar University Flute Ensemble for an entertaining evening of chamber music at the R. C. Miller Memorial Library on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 6pm.
Works performed will include Hector Berlioz's Trio for two flutes and harp, Georges Bizet's Entr'acte, Catherine McMichael's A Gaelic Offering, Claude Debussy's Clair de Lune, and Yuko Uebayashi's Le Vent a Travers Les Ruines, as well as other works for flute and harp solo.

National Flute Association Convention
I'm looking forward to performing twice at this year's NFA Convention in San Diego, California. On Friday, August 12 at 9am, I will perform Stephen Dembski's Gists and Piths with baroque flutist Mi-Li Chang, and on Saturday, August 13 at 12:30pm cellist Christopher Ferrer and I will perform Heitor Villa-Lobos' The Jet Whistle.
I can't wait to share these great pieces with my fellow flutists, and to reconnect with all my flute friends from around the country!

Lakeshore Rush at PianoForte
We're excited to return to PianoForte Chicago on Friday, May 27 at 8pm.
Our program will include the world premiere of Laura Schwendinger's Until the Sunrise. In addition, we will perform Vivian Fine's Canticles from the Other Side of the River, Jonathan Hannau's Isolated Houses, Griffin Candey's Sandpiper, David Lang's learn to fly, and a few newly arranged works by percussionist Dane Crozier.

Lakeshore Rush at Lawrence University - post concert update!
Lakeshore Rush had the great pleasure of performing on Tuesday night in Harper Hall at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. Our 8pm concert was followed by a masterclass with a conservatory chamber group that played Missy Mazzoli's The Sound of Light. It was inspiring to work with such fantastic young musicians!

Music Mosaics: Whitewater Chamber Players
Come hear me perform with the Whitewater Chamber Players on Sunday, November 1 at 7:30pm in the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's Light Recital Hall in the Greenhill Center of the Arts. The ensemble is made up of sixteen faculty and student musicians conducted by Dr. Chris Ramaekers.
This excellent program will include J.S. Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 and his Orchestral Suite No. 2 in B Minor and Aaron Copland's Appalachian Spring.
