Music Mosaics: Whitewater Chamber Players
Come hear me perform with the Whitewater Chamber Players on Sunday, November 1 at 7:30pm in the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's Light Recital Hall in the Greenhill Center of the Arts. The ensemble is made up of sixteen faculty and student musicians conducted by Dr. Chris Ramaekers.
This excellent program will include J.S. Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 and his Orchestral Suite No. 2 in B Minor and Aaron Copland's Appalachian Spring.

Lakeshore Rush Season Opener
Lakeshore Rush's second season will open with our performance at the New Music School on Friday, October 23 at 8pm. Our program will include the Chicago premiere of Joshua Hintze's Chequamegon: Morgan Falls and the world premieres of two tiny pieces for tiny instruments - Griffin Candey's Sandpiper and Jonathan Hannau's Isolated Houses, both written for piccolo, E-flat clarinet, child's size violin and cello, toy piano, and glockenspiel. We'll also perform Vivian Fine's Canticles from the Other Side of the River and David Lang's "Learn to Fly" from These Broken Wings.

Music Mosaics: Woodwind and Strings
I'm looking forward to performing with University of Wisconsin-Whitewater faculty members on the Music Mosaics: Woodwind and Strings recital on Sunday, October 4 at 3pm in the Light Recital Hall. I'll be opening the recital with pianist Dr. Myung Hee Chung on Henri Dutilleux's Sonatine, and will also perform Beethoven's Serenade for flute, violin, and viola with Leanne League and Christopher Dozoryst.
GLCO Sunday Series Recital: Caprichos for Flute and Piano
Pianist Elena Doubovitskaya and I are looking forward to our Sunday Series Recital presented by the Great Lakes Chamber Orchestra on Sunday, August 23 at 4pm at the First Presbyterian Church in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Our program, Caprichos for Flute and Piano, will include Lili Boulanger's Nocturne, Albert Franz Doppler's Air Valaques, Henri Dutilleux's Sonatine, and Nancy Galbraith's Atacama.

NFA Convention Performance
I'm thrilled to be scheduled to perform at this summer's National Flute Association Convention in Washington, D.C.! I'll be playing works by Melanie Bonis, Lili Boulanger, and Germaine Tailleferre with pianist Lura Johnson on the Women of Note concert on Thursday, August 13 at 1:30pm.
UW-Whitewater Flute Camp
I'm looking forward to teaching and performing again this summer at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Flute Camp. On Sunday, July 12 at 3pm I'll be performing in the Faculty Recital - Debussy's Syrinx and Copland's Duo for flute and piano. On Thursday, July 16 at 6:30pm I'll perform in the Staff Recital - the first movement from Prokofiev's Sonata in D major.
Hope to see some returning students from last summer and meet some fantastic new ones!
Flute Quartet at the CFC 25th Anniversary Concert
I'll be joining three of my fantastic flute club colleagues to perform the closing piece on the Chicago Flute Club's 25th Anniversary Concert at the Merit School of Music on Sunday, May 17 at 2pm. We'll be performing Rie Schmidt's arrangement of Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings for two C flutes, alto flute, and bass flute. We're honored to represent this amazing milestone in the history of the CFC!
Lakeshore Rush at Merit Fest
Lakeshore Rush will perform at Merit School of Music's Festival downtown at Symphony Center on Tuesday, May 12 at 11am. We can't wait for this great opportunity to play for Merit's students from all their fantastic programs throughout the city. We will perform selections from Mason Bates' Life of Birds and Difficult Bamboo and Marc Mellit's Platter of Discontent.

I'm excited to join The Sapphire Woodwind Quintet for their recital at the Musical Offering in Evanston, Illinois on Friday, April 3 at 7:30pm. The program is titled New Dancing Shoes and will feature Heinrich Isaac's Renaissance Suite, the world premiere of Amy Mills' New Dancing Shoes, Anatoly Liadov's 8 Russian Folk Dances, and Paquito D'Rivera's Aires Tropicales.
